- You take the 20+ tiny screws out of the metal side of the keyboard
- (after you open it up)...which hold the black plastic part against the
- PCB.

- Make sure you separate it with keys pointed down...otherwise all the
- plungers will fall out. Not really a problem, since they all appear to
- be identical.....just make sure you know which one is the bad one.

- My right shift key still works....its just not 100% reliable....which I
- can live with compared to having an unreliable return key.
