  24. You take the 20+ tiny screws out of the metal side of the keyboard
  25. (after you open it up)...which hold the black plastic part against the
  26. PCB.

  28. Make sure you separate it with keys pointed down...otherwise all the
  29. plungers will fall out.  Not really a problem, since they all appear to
  30. be identical.....just make sure you know which one is the bad one.

  32. My right shift key still works....its just not 100% reliable....which I
  33. can live with compared to having an unreliable return key.
